The bottom-layer Mizuno Enerzy NXT foam has also been redesigned to be firmer and more stable, delivering smooth transitions and responsive performance while maintaining a comfortable level of cushioning that is soft without feeling overly plush.

A significantly wider platform compared to the previous version enhances stability during both running and walking. This is paired with the innovative 3D Nylon Fiber Glass Plate, the brand’s first three-dimensional plate design, which provides excellent stability, propulsion, and responsiveness throughout every stride.
