Product exchange and return conditions

  • Products that are personalized (embroidered with a name or screen printed with a name and number on the product), promotional products, and products with limited purchase rights or Limited Edition products cannot be exchanged or returned in any case, except for products with defects resulting from manufacturing.
  • Regular-priced products, products that use member discounts, and products that are discounted in season can be exchanged or returned.
  • Product exchanges/returns can be made within 14 days from the date the product arrives at its destination.
  • The product must be in perfect condition, unused, with no torn or damaged product labels, and the product must be in its complete packaging.
  • For product exchanges or returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and the shipping cost of a new product to be exchanged in all cases. Except for products with manufacturing defects only.
  • Product exchange/return is limited to 1 time per 1 order number.
  • If it is found that the number of product return history is close to the order, the officer has the right to refuse to return the product and reserves the right to close the user account on arifootballstore.com without prior notice.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Service

  • Free domestic shipping when purchasing 1,200 baht or more.
  • If the purchase value is less than 1,200 baht or the basket contains products discounted by more than 30%, there will be a minimum shipping fee of 100 baht according to the size of the product being shipped. For both normal shipping and picking up products at the branch (Click&Collect)

    Delivery time
    • Bangkok and its vicinity 1-3 business days (except Saturday-Sunday and public holidays)
    • Upcountry 2-4 business days (except Saturday-Sunday and public holidays)

Note* Products that have been personalized cannot use this service and cannot be paid for on delivery in the following cases:

Note** In the case of returning products, customers will receive a refund within 14 business days after arifootballstore.com receives the returned product and has inspected the completeness of the product.
